Fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in a historic building in the heart of Hyde Park / Soho. King bed in the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom is furnished for work-from-home with a desk with futon. This charming quadplex is a converted historic home—walking distance to local restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, and world-famous Bayshore Boulevard (you can see the water from the front of the building)  
  
Located within walking distance to area amenities - 2 blocks from Bayshore Blvd, close to Tampa General Hospital (TGH), downtown, Hyde Park Village, Riverwalk, the Convention Center, Straz and so much more. This unit is perfect short-term or long-term rentals, available on a monthly basis with on-site laundry facilities.  
  
The building has 2 dedicated off-street parking spots, first-come, as well as ample street parking right in front of the building.
