The housekeeper are very nice and they do there job. Front desk wasn't bad at all. The property need a total renovation thats i have to say .

This place is terrible. Do not stay here. It's dirty and run down. First, the room was not cleaned adequately. The lotion they give out was used. Barely any left. Second, this place is run down. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was out of everything, even water. Not worth the money. One positive, their uber shuttle service worked great. On time, easy service.

This hotel is ‘tired’. Very disappointed. There was a constant smell in our room emanating from the A/C. A false eyelash on bathroom floor. Worn carpeting. And the sheets smelled like a chemical. I felt very uncomfortable. Hardly slept. Will never stay here again. And to think at $450 a night!!!!!! Skylar at the front desk however was EXCEPTIONAL and made our poor stay a little brighter. When I see the name Hyatt I think of a nice hotel. Not anymore. Come on Hyatt DO BETTER!

Our first stay here but hotel room to be spacious. Bathroom was not fancy but was clean. Quick checkin and check out. Free breakfast in morning. Walking distance to many restaurants. Would stay again.

The check in desk was very helpful with transportation to and from the Tampa airport. I called before arriving at the hotel and was told there was NOT transportation. The service desk was able to confirm yes they did have LYFT transportation at no cost to the customer. That was why we booked at this location. We needed transportation to and from the airport.

Close to Raymond James Stadium (about 2 miles). Room was large. Sitting area nice large sofa . Small fridge but no microwave. Ice not on every floor. Complimentary breakfast adequate. Powdered eggs. Bathroom sink exposed to room. Shower and toilet very cramped.

Old, noisy elevator to a point that walls & doors of the attached rooms vibrate. They gave us rooms next to elevators and then after much arguments gave rooms with one bed. Had to sleep on sofa, stuff on check in day was rude, disrespectful, didn’t interfere when another guuet behind us cursed us, and suggested to “get out if you don’t like rooms here”, staff laughed and encouraged this guest. Horrible experience

We came in town for Monster Jam and wanted a nice hotel, that is absolutely what we got! Clean and huge room, good tv stations, comfy bed, my family and I felt very safe there and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hotel!! I stayed here with 2 of my friends, visiting for Gasparilla. To start off, the rooms were so spacious and wonderful. The staff was super helpful and kind. They also had a lemon and cucumber infused water stand which was much appreciated after a night out. They also had a popcorn machine out one night. So cutie 10/10.
