The few problems that made my stay a little challenge first, we were not aware that there was not microwaves in the rooms and that the hotel did not have washer and dryer in the hotel. Now because of this issues our stay was more expensive and the expensives were not in our budget. Also another problem not with the hotel but with expedia is that I was not allowed to use my disable military veteran discount. Other than that everything else was good.

We are happy to hear that you found our staff professional and helpful. As for the microwaves, while we don't have them directly in the rooms, we do have one for guest use available in the lobby. Currently, we are looking into having a laundry facility on site for our guests. We hope you will come back and stay with us again in the future.
