Second to none in cleanliness.This is the only Motel in Florida that you can surely say ,it's sparkly clean and with nice odor.

We stayed for the Tampa airshow. The location was great. The hotel was as clean as can be and there was alot of kids staying there but they were all quite by 9. The shower was good, and the beds comfortable.

Could tell that this property is cleaned well and regularly, saw pool maintenance team out early in the morning and hotel staff working. The room was fine, glad there was a fridge and microwave as well.

Property was ok but not great. Our room was suppose to be handicap accessible, being my wife uses a wheelchair. They claim the room they gave us was handicap accessible with a roll in shower, except I had to remove the bar style door from the bathroom so the doorway was large enough to roll the wheelchair through. Our room also had a musty smell to it. We dealt with the smell and inconveniences since it was only for one night. We also choose to have breakfast elsewhere since what they provided was a little less than desirable. All and all, it wasn't a horrible experience but the price for a one night stay was way to high for the experience, service and quality of the room. To give some perspective, We originally live in Orlando and we were only in town for a hockey game. If we didn't need to be in Tampa, I know I could have stayed at a Disney hotel for considerable less money with a much better quality room and service.

Room was very small and very basic. A/c worked well . Chair in room was stained and worn. Refrigerator work well but had partially eaten food and drink from previous people that was left in there, obviously had not been cleaned. The floors in the bathroom were dirty. Shower hot water was good. The free hot breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly, bilingual English and Spanish. Check in and check out process was fast. Bed was made daily, towels exchanged daily, bed had only three pillows.

Overall the property is convenient and affordable. The sofa in our room needs replacing but all else was good.It suited us because of its proximity to the cruise terminal.
