Room was filthy to unsanitary levels. Our linens were noticably used prior to our stay and just hidden. Dirty with cigarette burn holes in sections under the comforter. When asked the front desk for clean sheets, the attendant just told us that they ran out of clean linens and the hotel was full so it was impossible to provide us with a clean room that the situation was out of his control. Our option was to sleep on top of the comforter without any covers or go to the store and buy our own. We ended up going to the store and purchasing new sheets to sleep the night. Next day we ask to speak to the supervisor or manager. They said that twas not supervisor on site, that didn't have a time to come in and it may not show up there til Monday. At that point they couldn't help with a clean room or give a solution to our issued. We decided to checkout early and leave. After calling Expedia and requesting a refund because the hotel inability to fix the issues. We got informed that the hotel denied the refund and plainly LIED to the Expedia team arguing that they DID offer us an opportunity to upgrade our rooms and fix the issues and that we declined their offer. Let say that NO ONE ever talked to us. There's more to go on and not space. If you are OK dealing with bad service, dirty rooms, unprofessional management that plainly lies. Go head and make a reservation. The management doesn't have the decency to own their mistakes. We have everything documented by pictures, etc.
