We had a total of 7 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant and 1 Irish Doodle dog. Plenty of space for everyone, the kids enjoyed the pool table and video games. The parents/grandparents enjoyed the quite space with the in law suite in the back. The Irish Doodle appreciated the fence in yard with some running space to fetch his favorite toy. This was one of the few houses available during our dates that had enough rooms/beds for our group. Pros: The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The wifi was good. And the management company was responsive to most of the issues. Cons: The cottage in the back had a very musty/moldy smell and we did not use it as a bedroom due to the strong smell. The house finishes and furniture were mid to low quality. The kitchenware was low quality and had no standard items (salt, pepper, creamer, etc.). The management company was dismissive about our concerns regarding the moldy/musty smell and did not offer any consideration for our inconvenience. Overall. This is a large house with lots of beds and was clean. It felt like a low quality house flip with cheap furniture - except the beds which were good.
