Séjour janvier 2019. Facile d'accès. Très bien situé. Près de l'autoroute, centre d'achats et restaurants. Stationnement gratuit. Personnel sympathique. Check in/check out rapide. Merci beaucoup pour le early check in disponible. Chambre très propre. Beaucoup de place pour s'installer. Grand comptoir dans la salle de bain. Plusieurs meuble pour y déposer les choses. Nombreuses prises électriques incluant de nombreuses prises USB. Calme. Petit déjeuner très complet: notamment : bagel, muffin anglais, oeufs, saucisses, gaufrier, yogourt, noix, FRUITS FRAIS (bleuet, fraises, ananas, bananes), céréales. Le wifi et la climatisation fonctionne très bien. Microonde et petit frigo. Excellent séjour.

Immense pièce, beaucoup d’espace. Très propre et quasi neuf. Choix de déjeuner très intéressants. Seul le divan-lit était inconfortable. À côté de l’aréna. Je vous recommande.

My 6 year old discovered a used Dildo underneath the bed to which my children grabbed it possibly exposing them to some sort of disease. Only solution offered at this time was to come remove it and clean underneath the bed.

The computer system was didn’t so check in took a while, but it was fine since we weren’t in a hurry. The front desk staff was VERY nice! We had a housekeeping issue and they moved our room right away. The second room had a nasty yellowing stain on the ceiling but we didn’t complain. The breakfast was decent. It would have been nice if they had a local shuttle to take you to area shopping and restaurants.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the housekeeping issue. I understand that the yellowing stain in the second room was disappointing. We’ll address this with our Maintenance team. My last night there, some of the younger kids were being noisy in the halls. Other than that, great breakfasts, staff very helpful!

Property is very clean and the staff was extremely quick and helpful at check in. Only complaint was the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were all empty. In a day and age where you expect such amenities I have stopped taking my own on most trips. Made for a little inconvenience but learned a lesson. I’ll blog back to bringing my own from now on. Otherwise the room was great and the property was very nice.

when we booked, we booked two rooms, we booked this property, even though it wasn't in a great location. For us because it advertised that it had a hot tub, when we arrived found out they did not have a hot tub, when i brought up it's on the web site. they were like yes, we know it on web site, but we don't have one. so we paid for i feel like something we didn't get in a area we knowing they didnt have this amenity would of pick a different location closer to the event we had to attend.

As Hampton Inn & Suites properties go, this one is not up to par with others we have stayed in. No heated pool, no hot tub, rooms were in need of refurbishing, toilet did not work properly. The staff was wonderful!

Hotel was clean but outdated. Rooms are old and outdated. Bathroom looks like something out of the 90's. Mattress isn't comfortable. But the hotel was clean and everything works including the fridge

Perfect for what we needed
Room was kind of small but functional for what my family of 3 needed as we were not planning on staying in the room more than to sleep…. Breakfast was great and coffee, tea and lemon water was always available… cups leaked but drink faster and no issues lol….close to all the shopping anyone can handle and easy access to interstate…

The staff was excellent but the building, and the rooms can use some better cleaning. The filters for the AC in the room I reserved seem to need a replacement because the air in the room was causing me major beadaches. I was able to be switched to another room but had an issue with the tub. There was a sticky substance in the and it looked like it had never been cleaned. I reported the situation and requested for it to be cleaned but the tub remained sticky and dirty. I quickly went and bought some anti-fungal foot spray. Using the TV was an adventure as I had to manually punch in numbers on the remote just to change channels on the TV.

Bien pour une nuit
Nous nous sommes arrêtés à cet hôtel pour une nuit et il a répondu à nos attentes, l’hôtel est propre, la chambre était moderne et très bien, la piscine est correct et le déjeuner est standard. Il y a un Outlet à 5 min.
