This place was very misleading. The pictures do Not show the true property. There is moisture everywhere, the A/C vents had insulation coming out, the outside was covered with leaves and droppings from the trees. Not a safe neighborhood for a family either. Notified my host that we left after one night….Never heard from her again

The place was awesome, clean, neat, cozy and just what we needed. We are 3 elderly men who came to town for the game and to be able to come in and not have to do the extras that would've been REQUIRED had our wives been there with us (LOL!) was the plus. Thanks for taking care of us - it was like home away from home.

Do not recommend

The beds and house had fleas/bugs, videos taken to prove it. Communication with host once the issue was mentioned nearly stopped. I was told by host VRBO would be reaching out from that moment forward, they did not. Took several attempts with VRBO to come to solution, which they said has to be done with host to issue any refunds for the issues at hand, which the host did not. After several hours on the phone VRBO was able to issue some money back for the stay. Far to much stress and time lost to recommend to anyone..

Fell short

The house was cute but obviously aged. Not dirty, wasn't gross, but didn't feel clean (dirty in corners, cob webs at ceiling). Pest control seemed to be working based on the dead bugs we found. The bullet hole in the front window was my breaking point. We didn't stay. Left 40 minutes after arriving. Wasn't comfortable having my 3yo there. Host was great at responding promptly until i told her we weren't staying.

Not clean at alllll

Hello, thank you very much for allowing us to stay. Only one of the TVs worked the one in the living room does not turn on at all Additionally, the Wi-Fi network that is provided does not appear on any of the network selections on the televisions. The book says T-Mobile 54A but the only T-Mobile network that shows up is T-Mobile Cooper. So we were unable to connect to WiFi. The air conditioning unit does not work very well and did not keep the house very cool. I had to go out and buy fans to keep the air flowing productively. One of the dining room chairs was broken so I moved it into the area outside of the room, where the double beds are and replaced it with one of the chairs that were there to prevent it from getting broken worse. Most of all my daughter found active bugs in the bed she slept in (the master) and she had bites as a result. There are also roaches running around. I’ve attached two videos.. I also included a photograph of dishes that were in the cabinet that were full of dead bugs. I would like to know if there’s anything you can do to accommodate us for these significant inconveniences? We followed all guidelines lines in handbook as far as clean up on our end! Not what we were expecting

So first off we arrived at night and walked in no lights in living room, made it a bit challenging. Home wasnt located in best neighborhood, close to a train track, and rooster outside gave early morning wake up. But over all the rooms were clean.

AMAZING HOME... WILL COME BACK AGAIN.

My stay was generally satisfactory; however, upon arrival, I discovered significant uncleanliness throughout the property, necessitating immediate cleaning of the living room, rooms, and kitchen. Subsequently, my stay proceeded without further incident.

Worked great for our family stay! Close to town and was an easy drive to Disney. Only odd thing was the living room needs a lamp or something due to no light fixtures. Overall great though!!

Bad location

Property was okay, floors and bathroom were not super clean. The location and neighborhood is in the hood. Not the safest area to be with a child. The street is very loud at night, you can hear the cars and everything passing by.

Adequate

The house itself was as described, stocked fairly well. One does have to search for things in the house however- towels in random spots instead of the bathroom. Zero kitchen towels or potholders. Not the best neighborhood, gunshots one night, but never any trouble for us. Owner is responsive BEFORE check in ONLY. After that, you’re on your own- she never replied to my questions during our stay. For the price, it can’t be beat, and it was very clean.

Close property in Tamps

property may not look appealing by the pics but it had everything we needed for our stay! We were little skeptical about the area at first but we didn't have any issues with that. Only problem we had was I did have to call the host about the a/c unit not cooling the property off never cooled off to under 75 degree so it was very stuffy n humid the entire stay in late March. So I can imagine the humidity during summer months in this home with this a/c issue.

Super cozy

The house was really nice and very clean, you can tell everything was brand new . Matched the description and the pictures online. The neighborhood is a little shady but we stood for 5 nights and had no issues at all. Will stay again if I am back in Tampa
