Property was very outdated. Strong musty odor throughout the building. Pictures online are definitely not what you get in the room. Yelling/screaming all night long from other rooms. Ceiling tiles missing throughout lobby office. Pull down security window at front desk should be an indication of the feeling of safety. No checkout instructions and no one at the front desk for checkout at 07:30. Basically just left the property.

We stayed for a weekend. We got there and the girl who was supposed to be at the front desk was sitting hiding in the back. I had to yell for help. Then we got to our room and it’s dirty and dark. No plates or cups anywhere to be found because you have to specifically ask for them. Same with the hair dryer. It smelled terrible and there was still hair in the shower from the last people. I checked the bed to see if there was any other gross things. I decided it was safe but would not walk on the floor barefoot. Just terrible service and the place needs an update. Do not recommend. Do not go.

Overall, I feel the price for the stay was great. We were a large group and were looking for somewhere to stay and were a little skeptical because of the reviews, but when we arrived the staff was nice. When we needed something extra we just had to come down and get it. I will be staying here again when visiting family. The space was very spacious for our large group which was a plus.

The room had roaches when I called done to the front desk to report the issue the clerk said “this ain’t the Marriott” then I had to call the front desk because at this point the amount of roaches increased dramatically. The new front desk person said to speak with the manager Luis which I did and was told that someone would be reaching out to me to provide a refund and they never called.

Lobby was clean and front desk staff were professional and very kind. However, the room was dingy, towels were dingy. Clearing can only do so much for areas that need a whole makeover. I’m pretty sure there was mold on bathroom wall, and microwave was atrocious (never cleaned) Bathtub had streaks of dirt. Sofa bed was nasty with ripping across arms. My son slept in a chair instead. Very disappointed. I took pics of everything!

This hotel is definitely dated and not clean at all. The elevator looked as if it had NEVER been cleaned. The room we stayed in (just one night) had a kitchenette and had what appeared to be food on the wall. The bathroom had marks all over the walls as well. The hotel's saving grace was the young man working the front desk. He was prompt, friendly, and accomodating. Check in was fast, though the 100 dollar deposit required at check-in was not advertised.

The maid banged on our door two hours before checkout and opened the door before I could get to it. I notified the front desk who apologized and said he’d take care of it.
