Made a last minute reservation and upon arrival at the hotel the room was not available. I will upgraded at my expense from a queen to a deluxe queen. The room had not been cleaned from the previous guest(s).

Was nice place close to the airport

We needed a place to stay during a flight back to Ohio, our flight was cancelled and needed a place to stay. The lady at the counter was fabulous and helped us late at night get checked in.

One night stay in Tampa.

It's a good enough stay for the price that time of year, especially with the full sized fridge in the room.

Very disappointing.

The room did not have plates, glasses, silverware or pots &spans. Front desk was not helpful regarding directions to area locations. They did arrange for a 5:30am shuttle to the airport.for which we were very grateful This was the only positive factor for the stay. I cannot imagine an "extended stay" facility with so many things lacking. We were in Room 106.

Most unwelcome experience

This will be the their time I type this horrific story. Once for their manager, second for their survey and now for Expedia. long story short, check in flawless. We checked in at 3pm were out the entire day. Booked a bed and sofa bed for 4 people total. We really only needed the room to sleep from 1am to 6am. Nothing should have been an issue. The sofa was asked to be made at check in. During the only 20 minutes we were actually in the room we only needed a hot shower and an iron for our dress. Iron was not in room although the ironing board and the holder for the iron was. Was told by the front desk there wasn't any "available" not even from a vacant room like I suggested. We left and returned at 1am to nap for 5 hours to a room with no sofa bed set up. No sheets, nothing at all. The night agent had to have been the most unhelpful unprofessional front desk person. Hung up on me twice or three times, didn't care to help and even yelled at me. She was a joke. Completely ruined our stay. Horrific experience. Never again, don't bother this place isn't even worth it for a 5 hour nap. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache and disappointment.

I have to change room on the first night because the room smell like cigarettes. Continental breackfast wasn't always enough food available. But I like the location. Very helpful stuff.
