The renovations very very nicely done! Really nice but the microwave was broken & not usable and the ice maker was not on.The furniture in the living room was extremely uncomfortable- no way could a family watch a movie there - the TV was great but not comfortable there to watch it. The 4 ft sofa was hard as a rock. The yard is not fenced as it says in the description.All in all the house is very nice & clean. Just a few things that need to be fixed.
