Centrally locate nearby almost everything (Airport, Buccaneers Stadium, Bush Garden and Adventure Island Parks, Zoo, Downtown, Ybor City, Armature Works, Restaurants and Beaches). It was however quite small in the eating area though the bathroom was large. It would have been beneficial to have been given a tee towel and dishcloth as it was difficult washing the things we used. Coffee machine didn't work and TV sound was intermittent. When we arri ed we knocked the door and a young lady showed us how to open the door but that was the only interaction we had with the host.
