You will be in the heart of the party. Noise is limited during the day, however on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM. It is not overbearing, but vibrations can be felt. HOUSE RULES: Pet Rules Policy • Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. • No Pitbulls • All pets must be housetrained • Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200 No Smoking Policy • Smoking will result in a $500 fine. No Party Policy • Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. ○ Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise Curfew Policy • Noise curfew: ○ 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) ○ 10 PM–8 AM (weekends) • Penalties for violation: ○ First: Complimentary warning. ○ Second: $100 fine. ○ Third: Immediate eviction with no refund. Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy • This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. • For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. • Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy • Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. • Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. • Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot. Guest Policy • No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. • Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation.
