The property offers three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms one en suite master bathroom with a shower and a second bathroom with a bathtub. There’s plenty of room to relax both indoors and outdoors, including ample private parking and a large backyard ideal for unwinding. Please note: An RV is parked in the backyard with a long term tenant who lives there. She keeps to herself and is rarely on the property, so your stay will not be affected. As this home is located in Florida, seasonal insects are a normal part of the environment. The property is regularly treated with professional pest control; however, occasional sightings may still occur. The house was very clean and well maintained. Our only inconvenience was that the thermostat was on a preset timer, and we got quite warm during the night. We appreciate that the host wants to keep utility bills down, but July in Florida is really uncomfortable even at night.
