Im disappointed in my stay here 14-18th and no room service. Had to keep taking trash down, getting towels and keys reactivated everyday they wouldn’t work. Shower water doesn’t get hot, pool freezing no heater, hot tub broken it’s cool/ no bubbles . Breakfast is terrible. Tried to tell housekeeping and they don’t understand English. Also no cleaner to wipe down gym equipment. Overall ruined trip

It was extremely noisy next to a Wawa. I swear it was biker gangs rolling through all times of the night. Worst thing is they charged an extra $25 on top of the Expedia fee. I called and they played dumb.

I called 3 times for the airport shuttle at 430 pm fron the airport and it said its not avaiable, the two ladiea at the feont desk were nice and kind, beofr going to bed the tube of shampoo and body lotion were sitting in the bathroom,to use, how ever they were both used and seals were broken, very gross !

This hotel was adequate for what we needed: a place to stay that was better than an airport floor. We selected this hotel because it was close to airport and offered free shuttle to/from airport. Shuttle driver was difficult to communicate with and wait was longer than anticipated. When we got to room, we had no soap anywhere to be found. There was still
A dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower. However, rest of room and beds seemed clean.

We arrived very late and the room had no soap and a dirty towel in the bathroom. It smelled like smoke. Breakfast was ok. Not many choices. Close to airport and free shuttle to airport.

I stayed for two days, 3 nights. Quiet. Easy to regulate room temperature. Beds were comfortable. Because I was here for two days there was no room service, but housekeeping exchanged wet towel for new ones, and provided shampoo/conditioner when asked. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was helpful.
Breakfast was good. Food spread different everyday. Bacon one day, sausage the other. Eggs were very good. Times for breakfast vary from weekday vs. weekend.
If your going to the port, just get an uber. I used the 3rd party hotel transportation and your at their mercy. <-- Not Hotels fault.

Was an affordable option for before cruise and after cruise accommodations. Airport transfers, shuttle services available for ports, continental breakfast, guest laundry, and business center made it convenient and comfortable.

We had a great stay here 2 nights and the front desk person on evening was super helpful and wonderful however the maids were unfriendly and the breakfast lady was terrible. She wouldn't talk to you. Very unfriendly and not someone who you want to encounter 1st thing in the morning. Left the breakfast room because she Judy sits they and looks at you. Please consider replacing her with someone who loves her job and someone who is more joyful.

So many things to unfold. They promote free transportation from airport but they did not answer their phone. Had to call corporate Country Inn from airport to have them get a hold of them to send shuttle. Process took over 2 hours. Then, i had booked a 2 bed room and had prepaid extra for that. When I arrived, they said there were only 1 bed rooms left. So i asked for a refund of difference and they said i had to talk to manager. 3 messages later and they never returned my call. Expedia tried to contact them and they told them no refunds. So be wary. The discount price is not worth the hassle of zero customer service.
