This is a requirement for the leasing office on site. \*During check in, please note that guests first have to park in guest parking, go up to the apartment, and retrieve the parking pass in order to park in the secured garage. After that, entering and exiting will be a breeze. \*Additional guest, parking is first come first served along the street just outside the building. There is no assigned parking space for this unit but there are more than enough parking spaces. We highly recommend you use a ride share service like Lyft or Uber in Tampa. \*Pack and play is available upon request (please let us know before hand so we can have it in the apartment when you arrive). \*During colder months and due to the building surrounding the pool area, direct sunlight maybe limited in the pool area. \* Checkout is at 11AM. Your smart lock pin will no longer unlock the door at that time. Late check outs will be charged $50 per hour till 1PM unless otherwise approved.
