Outside, enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine at the outdoor seating area with umbrella, perfect for soaking up the Florida weather. Plus, the private driveway right in front of the unit makes parking hassle-free. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this studio is just a short drive to downtown Tampa, local beaches, restaurants, and attractions. No smoking No parties or events Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM Minimum rental age is 25 For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out. There is a shared laundry room available for use and it costs $1.50 per load. •We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit.
