Walk across the street to the University of Tampa, or two blocks away to the Riverwalk. A 5-10 minute Uber/Lyft ride will get you to Amalie Arena, Ybor City, or anywhere in SOHO. 15 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the beaches. When you’re ready for a rest, relax on the porch with a view of Tampa, or curl up in the spacious living room with a book, or a movie in front of the TV! The Space: There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, and a sun room. The master bedroom has 1 queen and 1 full size bed with a large closet, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a closet. A fully stocked kitchen with a full stove and oven gives you plenty of food options or you can walk two blocks to local restaurants. The living Room is roomy and has a Smart TV. The sunroom has a desk and chair, and a hammock. There is parking in front, beside, or behind the building. Guest Access: Guest access the property via Smart Lock. Access code provided 1- hour prior to check-in. Getting Around: Easily accessible by car with free parking on the premises. Walkable to everything at the University of Tampa. Unfortunately the property was lacking, especially for the price and many fees charged. This rental allows pets but it wasn’t cleaned well after prior pet visits, I guess. The grossest thing was tufts of pet hair stuck to multiple throw pillows. Yuk! (We left our pets at home) Some drinking glasses had lipstick marks and were clearly not clean. Two people woke up with new bug bites two nights in a row - unnerving for sure. I appreciated the concept of the ceiling fans but they were too high to reach the cords to operate. The living room was comfy. Would have been nice to have the WiFi and house manual available in print so we didn’t have to login to the app for that. It was me and 2 work friends. We were in town for a convention at the Tampa Convention Center. It was about a 15 walk to the CC or a quick scooter/Uber. Perfect location! I was so impressed by how professional the communication was with the app they used. Make for such an easy check in and check out. The cleanliness was perfect and the pictures did a perfect job representing the place. We loved it! If ever in Tampa again I will definitely be reaching out again! :) ##### Jaime K.
