### Beautiful Townhome in South Tampa / Hyde Park

Summary:  
Beautiful newly remodeled and fully furnished 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome in the heart upscale South Tampa. Tucked away in this very safe and walkable neighborhood, enjoy some of the very best sites, dining and shopping Tampa Bay has to offer just minutes away (TPA, TGH, Hyde Park Village, Downtown Tampa, Bayshore Blvd, Armature works, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, and so much more).  
  
The Space:  
For a personal touch, this stylish unit features canvas artwork from local photos taken by the homeowners during their time in South Tampa. It is perfect for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient home-away-from-home experience.  
The townhome features three bedrooms, a main bedroom upstairs with a very comfortable and spacious king size bed, a guest room on the top floor (with attached full bathroom) along with another guest room on the first floor with a working space and full bathroom. The top floor bedrooms and bottom floor bedroom have a full floor of space between them, ensuring privacy for the guests and a peaceful and restful night's sleep.  
The first floor of the unit features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the necessary cookware and utensils for preparing meals. The living room area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment.  
Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer in the unit. The townhome is fully air-conditioned and has free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the owners closet in the first floor bedroom.

If you brought your own vehicle, take advantage of the free street parking on the west side of Armenia Avenue. These options provide easy access to nearby attractions such as Bayshore Boulevard, Hyde Park Village, and Downtown Tampa.
