If evidence of pets is found you will be charged additional fees for cleaning. 4 - Please only park in the location designated in your check in procedures, failure to park in the designated location could result in your car being towed. 5 - Treat this home as if it were your own, please report damages to your host immediately. If damages are determined to be caused by tenant misuse, it may result in fees to make repairs. 6 - Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit and if detected there will be a $500 charge. 7 - Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat, clean, and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in. I’ve never stayed in a rental so clean! Our only complaint is the water pressure in the back bathroom was low in the shower. Appreciated the huge bath tub in the main bathroom and the comfortable living room sofa. It was so nice to have a 12 minute walk to a coffee shop and a 15 minute walk to Bayshore. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting family in Tampa! ##### Ashley H. The furnishing and bed rooms were modern. The kitchen and appliances appear to be recently updated and in great condition. The house was thoroughly clean. We had no complaints about the property. Spent 5 nights while in town for my daughter’s wedding. Was a wonderful place - house is clean and in a cute neighborhood. Made for great pics with her bridesmaids as it is a beautiful craftsman style home. Beds comfortable and had all the little amenities needed for a short but comfortable stay. The house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and set up really nicely — worked great for my husband and I and 2 teenage daughters. We loved the location— the immediate neighborhood is really lovely and we had easy access to great restaurants (try Water + Flour), the school, and the stores we needed for supplies.
