This gorgeous, South Tampa pool home is the perfect spot for an unforgettable time. Spend your days by the beautiful mini pool / hot tub, relaxing and grilling. This home features 4 bedrooms (one bedroom being detached from the home with a private half bath). It is centrally located in South Tampa to close to everything! It is within a few minutes to restaurants on the water and just 10-20 minutes from Downtown Tampa, International Mall, Raymond James Stadium, the State Fairgrounds, Casino, Zoo, Busch Gardens, and so much more. Stunning beaches are within a 30-40 minute drive. \-- No smoking inside the house at any point. \-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (8 Max). \-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street. \-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose. \-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house. \-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock the doors when you leave the home. It's in a good location just south of Gandy Blvd. The "mini-pool" is very tiny - more like a large hot tub without heat. Host was communicative and responsive. You can feel the sea breeze from the bay and get a great tan in the large private back yard. The house is very spacious and fully stocked. Close to everything including the bridge to Pinellas county beaches. Great communication from the hosts who are very helpful and welcoming. The beds are nice, I slept great in the master king bed with great working quiet fan and thick curtains. HUGE walk in closet with full length mirror was neat. I would say the interior could use a fresh coat of paint and maybe a new kitchen table to make it as nice as the exterior. I would stay again and recommend to my firends. ##### julie t.
