★ Security cameras on property - outside door entrance and back of the building. - on 24/7. In order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

★ Potential noise: Wild chickens inhabit Ybor, so the occasional rooster crow is possible. It's what makes the area unique! If you are sensitive to noise / light sleeper, I suggest looking outside this neighborhood.

Ybor is very central to everything in the South Tampa area. A 10-minute ride on the trolley car line takes you to the Channelside and Downtown, which is home to the Tampa Bay Times Forum, Aquarium, Convention Center and Starz Performing Arts Center. Busch Gardens, Raymond James stadium, George Steinbrenner Field and the Hard Rock Casino are all within 10–15-minute driving distance.
