The house was extremely comfortable with a king size bed in each bedroom. The outside area has a lot to offer, a private pool, lots of plants, seating areas, a gas fire pit, outside tv and grill. Parking is easy and it's a very short drive to the airport and downtown. The stay was great as advertised!The hosts were responsive and able to accommodate an early check-in for us as well. 10/10 would recommend. ##### Joseph M. What a luxury for everyone to have a King! It was really a perfect place at a good price. Bright, very clean, cool back yard with heated pool (amazing, given how pricey that is.) I loved the couch but my companions were older and had some difficulty getting in and out - it’s low, soft, and cushy. The a/c didn’t get to the master bedroom very well, but the overhead fan helped. Appreciated that the front door locking system actually worked with no hassle. Sometimes it’s these little things that can drive you nuts. But this property clearly had excellent management. If we go back to Tampa for a Bern’s visit, we’ll certainly stay again. ##### Nancy B. There’s a good pizza place a block away. The 2 negatives are 1) the back yard is not the tropical paradise advertised…it is not green and lush but brown and badly in need of sprucing up and 2) the neighborhood is sketchy, some nice homes but also some neglected properties ##### David M.
