Spend your days by the Stunning pool relaxing and grilling, dining outside, and hanging by the firepit. It is centrally located in South Tampa -- close to everything!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood in South Tampa close to everything.  
\-- No smoking inside the house at any point.  
  
\-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (8 Max).  
  
\-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.  
  
\-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.
