You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Other Things to Note: The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: \-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. \-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300\. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. Close to Busch Gardens This was a great property for the price. It had everything we needed for our family of six. I loved that each room had its own private bath. The cool was nice and the weight room was well equipped. The host was easy to communicate with and took care of any concerns or requests we had really quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Also, don't let the fact that it is student housing bother you. The complex was quiet and peaceful the entire time, even the weekend. ##### Nicklas R.
