We were in the area to attend a couple events and this location was conveniently located between them. The neighborhood was nice and quiet; for the number of vehicles parked in driveways and on the streets we saw very few people out walking around.Edgar, our host was very helpful in every way and replied almost instantly to our messages.The only negative issue I had was there were dirty clothes left over from a previous occupant. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms this enabled us to have enough separate space for three brothers and their wives (all over 60 years old). The upstairs shower not associated with the main suite had a low flow. The home was nice and suitable but was starting to show its age. It could use a few more glassware such as drinking glasses and wine glasses. It could use a little touch up on the walls and floors, but it met our needs to stay together.
