Very clean, modern, new and equipped with every possible thing you could want in the kitchen for entertaining groups of people. The living room with the pool table and electronic gaming table were hands down the best entertainment for our group. The gaming table was the center of attention every night! A plethora of TV's throughout the house, great bathrooms in each bedroom and an incredible pool area with plenty of seating, TV and grilling area! The 4 car garage with workout area and city bikes was amazing. The Gorman family communicated with us before, during and after our stay. One of the best VRBO experiences we've had to date! The huge, open concept main floor offers a well-stocked chef's kitchen and bar area, a dining area, and a spacious living room. Slide open the glass walls to seamlessly extend your entertainment options to the pool and spa area, outdoor living and dining spaces, an outdoor grill station, and a well-equipped gym with a convenient half bathroom. Play music throughout the house, pool and patio area, and even in the garage, on the custom sound system. There is plenty of parking to include a private 4-car garage as well as plenty of street space available. "1906 Tampa property is absolutely amazing. The home was actually portrayed as advertised. This place was immaculate and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were decorated and designed with great thought. Each room had its own bathroom, which was a bonus. The spacious floor plan allowed all of us to be together whether we were cooking, watching TV or playing games. We were definitely entertained with all the amenities provided, from the extra large screen TV, pool table, the gaming table, jacuzzi, pool, gym equipment, bikes and more. I Would definitely recommend this for a large family or group. Daniel was an excellent host. Very clear communication, and prompt responsiveness, provided pertinent information and clear seamless check-in instructions. During the cooler months, the pool is heated to 83 degrees. The spa heats to 102 degrees. This place is equipped with everything you need for your stay, also the kitchen has all the items to cook. The house is beautiful and very modern. The host stayed in contact with us the whole time and made communication very easy. The pool area has everything you can think of to enjoy the pool and also do a cook out. It even has a small workout area in the garage. Also bunch of parking area for vehicles. The rooms were so beautiful and cozy. It has games and bicycles. The list goes on and on. To say this property was amazing would be the understatement of the century. Every detail has been carefully thought of and executed extremely well. The home is very well updated with state of the art kitchen, home sound system, pool and spa and outdoor accommodation. The pool area is screened in, making it completely debris free. All of the beds and linens were extremely high grade and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. I CANNOT speak highly enough of this property and the amenities it offers. I would recommend this house to anyone who is staying in the area. Location was excellent and Dan the owner/property corespondent was extremely friendly and eager to make our stay the best it could be. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!! Very clean, modern, new and equipped with every possible thing you could want in the kitchen for entertaining groups of people. The living room with the pool table and electronic gaming table were hands down the best entertainment for our group. The gaming table was the center of attention every night! A plethora of TV's throughout the house, great bathrooms in each bedroom and an incredible pool area with plenty of seating, TV and grilling area! The 4 car garage with workout area and city bikes was amazing. The Gorman family communicated with us before, during and after our stay. One of the best VRBO experiences we've had to date!
