The two primary suites worked really well for this group as it was two families, with the older teens happy to have a little privacy and independence in the casita. It was the perfect location for our family (6 adults- mom, dad & adult kids) on our first trip to Costa Rica. The house is beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. We loved hanging out by the pool, enjoyed an amazing dinner with a private chef and access to the Beach Club. Natalia and her staff were awesome with helping us book the chef and a couple of excellent excursions (Catamaran sunset sail and surfing) and were very prompt with communication when we had any questions about the house and surrounding area. We didnt get a car till mid week and transfers are expensive if you like to explore.. Place and community are great.. Location is great and close to many activities. We went surfing and had several meals at Lola’s which was about a 10 minute drive. We visited Playa Conchal beach which was stunning and definitely worth it. We rented cars and had no issues navigating the area. The house is new and modern and a great layout for us the enjoy. A couple of notes… the area is quite isolated and it is very hot… you MUST have a car in my opinion… it is not a short walk anywhere … a golf cart is useful…. The house sits within two gated areas of Hacienda Panilla, with access to the beach club, golf course, and other amenities. Everything is brand new. House is shaped like a "U" centered around the lap pool and outdoor cabana. Hosts were very easy to contact (via cell and email) - provided recommendations for places to eat and go, as well as even helped on short notice to get people access through the gates. The bedrooms open up to the stunning backyard and the outdoor kitchen/lounge was so wonderful for our evenings together! Access to the beach club was a wonderful addition to an already beautiful home. Natalia was so attentive and kind and made sure that we were taken care of at all times - she is the best! First of all I want to say this is an AMAZING house, one of the best in Guanacaste. We were a big group and the accommodation was perfect, the rooms are pretty big and comfortable and the common areas are top quality. The pool is perfect for morning swim and the temperature is perfect to enjoy the day in there. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need and top of the line, sound system is great and if you need anything you can always contact Natalia and she will reply always really fast. We loved the location, close to Tamarindo but not in town. The beach club was fabulous and it was nice to have access to the Marriott restaurants. One day the kids swam at the Marriott while we ate and another day the hotel charged $75 per person to swim with $25 of that as a food and beverage credit. That was the only bummer. We did have trouble with the in unit washer, but the host and property manager quickly did a pivot to offer daily laundry service. ##### Elizabeth W.
