The Space: This beautiful 1150 square foot Sunrise condo is nicely furnished and features a King sized bed in the master, with private bath and a Queen bed and size twin bed in the second bedroom, also with private bath. Ocean view of the Pacific. This home sleeps up to five in beds. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge. Important Notice: There is construction taking place near the condominium, which may cause some noise during your stay at certain times. It was close to the beach- across the street. It has a beautiful view of the pool and you can see the ocean from a distance through the trees. Could not be happier with our stay at Sunrise Condos! Everything was fantastic! Accurate description of the condo itself with photos that clearly depicted the space. Beds were SO comfy and cozy! Location was perfect! Right in the heart of Tamarindo but set back enough that at night it was quiet and peaceful. Great having an off-street parking space for our car which helped since we walked almost everywhere in town. Communication with host was easy, fast and helpful! Will certainly consider another stay on our next trip. Only negative (which really cannot be helped) is that we had to keep the curtains shut most of the day so the sun would not heat up the interior (didn't want to overuse the AC) and the movement of furniture from the condo above in the early am was VERY loud (but the only noise we really heard) SUPER SUPER stay! ##### Michelle C. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beach access is across the road. We saw monkeys each morning and each evening in the mango trees. We were on a girls trip and had a fabulous time. The area is very safe. We did have a couple minor issues with the condo, but we couldn't have asked for better service with the Blue Water management company. If we hadn't had a couple minor issues we never would have met Fiorella and Marcelo in the Blue Water office. We had such fun conversations with them. Truly wonderful people. They made our girls trip extra memorable. I also highly recommend booking tours with them as well. We did the Palo Verde tour with Junior as our tour guide. We had so many laughs with him. The tour was excellent, but Junior made the tour one of the best we've ever done. We are looking forward to coming back and staying with them again. ##### Michelle M. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Easy to walk everywhere. The ocean view is more of a peek a boo, The team is very responsive. The unit is fully stocked with all kitchen supplies.
