Within the resort, there are two separate common areas: one for condo guests and another for hotel guests only. As a condo guest, you’ll enjoy access to the spectacular 10,000 sq. ft. free-form pool right in front of the condo, as well as direct access to Tamarindo Beach through the Diria Resort property, including the convenience of Diria shops and restaurants.
