We liked how convenient it was in Tamarindo, many dining options to chose from that were all in walkable distance. Staff were very helpful and also made us feel very safe while visiting. Rooms were clean and the views were incredible. Very delicious food and drinks as well.

My husband & I enjoyed staying there very much! Only two negative comments ~ the young man behind the breakfast area fixing omelettes, etc was “not friendly AT ALL.” We stayed in room number 545 looking out over the Chill Out/pool and garden area. I was very surprised that a few couples were smoking cigarettes AND pot in their lounge chairs by the pool (no smoking signs were around). Overall, tho, a great & fun experience!!

Beautiful beach front property that is convenient to nearby shops and restaurant. The beach side bar/restaurant is as good as it gets. Ocean view room was an added bonus. Highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Tamarindo.

The pool and the grounds are amazing. The rooms are a bit small and could use a good deep clean. Other than that our experience was very favorable. This hotel is the center of Tamarindo and the location is perfection.

Great location and amenities. Decent restaurant options. The restaurant staff aren’t particularly attentive; you’re on your own. Our check in was unpleasant but that was just one rude staff member. The front desk is quite busy but overall the staff were pleasant.

It’s really the only main resort in Tamarindo. I would say it’s a 3.5 star hotel. The checkin staff wasn’t all that friendly and the rooms are more like a motel 6. The resort property was nice with access to a few different pools and the beach.

Convenient location right on the beach and in the center of town so easy walking to all the shops around. The rooms were neat and clean, breakfast buffet in the morning was amazing lots of options. The only negative thing I can say about this place is the gym. It is old and very very small, the equipment is in the verge of breaking. There is only one very run down elliptical and one equally beat up treadmill. The gym needs attention and a major upgrade

We loved our stay at Diria. Entire property is just absolutely gorgeous . The perfect location steps away from the beach. The staff were amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately there was a very annoying noise outside the building. The night staff did nothing to resolve and it ended uo screwing our experience. Thank god the next day Fabricio offered an option that helped us a but out.

Upon arrival i mentioned that i thought i did book in the main building..it WASNT clear at the time of booking - more so they sent accross the street without a key nothing and had to go back and forth.. Stuff only a few were accommodating and friendly the rest no.. didnt explain anything when it was time to get the room.. not doing anything to get the room ready before.. etc I Wasnt Happy at all!!

It doesn't look very impressive from the street, but inside (property is on both sides of the street) are beautiful beachside and poolside oases. Amazing!

Had a lovely ocean view room on third floor. This was a special celebration with my daughter. We were extremely active and gone all day. The huge breakfast each morning was so great for us and loved sitting under gorgeous trees watching the surf. Also, loved walking across street to 2 other pools and area was so beautiful and quiet. The only downside was bar drinks on surf side… They were skimpy and felt light on the alcohol and not served with a smile. Other that that, all other staff were spectacular.

Wonderful location!! Right on the beach and right in the heart of Tamarindo. This resort has great pools, a great restaurant, easy and safe parking and it’s close to shopping and restaurants in Tamarindo. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We had the ocean view room which has spectacular sunsets! The only negative is the noise from the street. The noise is all day and it does make it difficult to sleep.
