This unit was nice, spacious and clean. I wish it included a little more extras - extra toilet paper, paper towel, some toiletries…it was just the very minimum. Danny was easy to work with, but communication sometimes took a little for him to respond. Location is the best and the pool is great. Condo is in the middle of town and you can walk to beach, restaurants and stores. Condo is setup nicely and you can view sunset from balcony. Two thinks to consider, on Friday nights there is a bar next to condo that has loud music which goes on late, but it is only on Friday night. All other nights it was quiet. Hot water is only available in the master bathroom, which I wasn't aware is the norm in Costa Rica so just be aware that the second bathroom doesn't have hot water in hot shower. This place was a lot better than I expected with the rooms being larger, the location perfect and the friendliness of everyone I met at the condo complex (security guards, American ex-pats who own condos). The property was amazingly clean which is tough when sand is tracked everywhere in CR. The kitchen was great to use after going to the farmer’s market, grocery store in the shopping strip almost connected to condos or reheating food from one of the amazing restaurants nearby. The beach is so close and a must see for the wonderful nightly sunsets. Good sunset views can be seen from the balcony. We did not rent a car because we could walk everywhere in town. We hired private drivers for trips to La Fortuna and Monteverde. Even though we had absolutely no trouble, Danny the owner, was always responded very quickly. I am already planning my return to CR and I will hopefully be staying here again. ##### Megan H. The location of this property was perfect to enjoy daily activities, including shopping, dining and beaches. We were able to enjoy sunsets from our balcony and daily howler monkey entertainment. The property was clean and very well maintained. The pool was a daily blessing. Danny answered any of our questions immediately. It is a very short walk to the beach and entertainment. A car is not needed for a fun vacation. The property was well maintained and spacious. The three bedrooms and two baths were nice. The kitchen was well appointed. The dining room was beautifully furnished, and the living room was very comfortable. The balcony has a great view of the ocean.
