Location was perfect for us as we rented a van for our week long stay it was just 3 minute drive to grocery stores or restaurants and bars and beach. The kitchen and living room opening to the pool area was a great feature and provided unbelievable views and lots of fun at the pool area. We did have a large number of ants invade the master bedroom on the second floor due to the rain, but we used the extra bedroom available to our group. The gated community offered a feeling of security where it is a only a 5 minute drive into the bars, beach and grocery in Tamarindo. It is a very steep road to the house and walking to the beach/Tamarindo would be difficult. The breakfasts made by our housekeeper were delish, and the concierge service was best in class!
