With awe-inspiring ocean views from every room, this property will make your getaway truly memorable! The Space: Casa de la Perla is a beautiful newer ocean-view home in two stories, professionally decorated. The ground level features two master suites, each with a king bed and private bathroom with a 50" LED Smart TV, with its own balcony. You will also find 2.5 baths, laundry room, kitchen, dining, and pool area. The 2nd level, downstairs, features two additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a basic gym, so you don’t have to skip your training on your holidays. The bedrooms on this level feature a queen bed and the other has two twin beds, that can be joint into a king bed upon request. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge. This property is for up to 8 people sleeping comfortably. Each room has its own outdoor terrace with a nice seating area and table to take in the views and enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen features Professional Series stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and wood cabinetry. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 4\. In the kitchen, you will find a spacious dining table with seating for 8 and a sectional sofa in front of a large 58" LED Smart TV to enjoy your favorite show. The beautiful infinity-edge swimming pool will leave you more than refreshed as you take in the truly breathtaking view above the waves, beaches, coves, and estuaries of gorgeous Playa Tamarindo. The outdoor area has outdoor dining for 8, pool loungers and a gas BBQ grill for your personal use. They are very quick to respond. Check in and out was super easy!The view from the house is superb for watching a spectacular sunset!! This would be a reason for renting this house!!One of the reasons we chose this property was for the “5 minute walk to the beach”. This is definitely not the case. It is a very steep, rough road leading to the house. You might be able to walk to the beach in 20 minutes but there is no way I was carrying beach gear up and down the hill. There is also a lot of traffic for how bad the road is, and it starts right after 6 am. The house next door was also having construction done. (Hopefully not a long project). The house was very clean! There are a few things that are in need of repair though. The pool and patio were great for our party of 4\. Not sure more than 6 would be very comfortable on the deck as it is pretty tight walking around the table. Beds: if you love a firm mattress, then you will love these.
