Outdoor chairs can carry to beach helpful and good. Location near some restaurants and quiet beach. Pool nice. Challenges-A low budget experience- Bed mattress overly hard and sheets scratchy (one set a bit less than other set)Screens let in mosquitos so came by to sew them, window handle in bathroom broke so mosquitos came in then too. It had several extra amenities not usually offered. We ended up putting our 13yr old on an air mattress (provided) in our room since it was more comfortable than the pull-out sofa and the bedroom had darkening curtains. The bedroom is huge so there was plenty of room. The condo is basically 1 mile from the heart of downtown, which removed us from the Tamarindo night life, but close enough to walk in the morning for coffee and shopping. The manager was quick to respond to our needs for supplies and requests for recreational adventures. Overall, it was a beautiful, modern condo and we had a wonderful stay. Next time we’ll leave the kiddo home or opt for two bedrooms as this place is really best suited for a couple. Pura Vida ##### Leana M.
