Wonderful poolside condo. The Space: Rent for less than a hotel!! This three bedroom, two bath condo is located in the middle of it all! Cross the street, and you hit the sand at Tamarindo Beach. Hear the waves crash from your private balcony! Luxury and convenience describe this wonderful condo located in the Sunrise gated community. This is the best location in Tamarindo and you are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, medical services and more, so a car is not necessary! Important Notice: There is construction taking place near the condominium, which may cause some noise during your stay at certain times. This exclusive 1600 SF poolside condo is nicely furnished and features a king-size bed in the master with private bath. There is also a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom that can be converted into a king bed as per your request. This home sleeps 6 people comfortably. The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware, granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer. I have to give a shout out Blue Zone for answering all of my questions and for setting up transportation to and from Tamarindo to Liberia. The (tired) condo status does not equate to the (old) photos. The condo needs a complete upgrade/redo with worn out furnishings and overall appearance. I am going to list all the great things about this condo. \*very roomy , Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms \*5 nice beach towels \*beach chairs \*comfy sectional \*amazing location \* the covered patio with 6 chairs and table was in the shade and only a step away from lounge chairs in the sun \*The pool was beautiful with a water fall and right out the backdoor We had a wonderful trip , I did call the management co. about a noisy running toilet and the other one had a small drip on the floor. No one came to fix it so we decided to just shut the door at night so we couldn't hear it running . The back sliding door also is an absolute pain to shut and lock!! In seven days that was the only complaint I had it was a very minimal problem. I would definatly rent this unit again!! ##### angela s. The email went to my junk mail and I had trouble finding it . Other than that our trip was amazing. Great location, very nice pool area right outside our door, and lots of little extras in the house. The location was excellent. We enjoyed the convenience of ducking right off the main street into the secluded and secure complex. The pool provided a tranquil setting to relax. We also appreciated the extras; cooler, beach chairs, and gas grill. The professionals at Blue Water Properties made the trip easy and were especially helpful in setting up a rental car to be delivered and picked up right at the condo. Had small power outages while we were there, but obviously it was a supply issue (as temp was abnormally high), not an owner issue as all power was out in the area.
