Excellent base to visit everything in Tallinn
The loft is located half-way and within short walking distance from both Tallinn areas of tourist interest, the Old City and the Kadriorg park. It's next door to the Jewish Museum and Community Center. The building is modern and in excellent condition and has elevator. The room itself was very clean and newly furnished, with all the desirable ammenities. The surroundings are very quiet and the only noise came from the rain striking the ceiling windows. The bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend this dwelling for those who come to explore Tallinn.

Please read review.
Let me be clear, the apartment was fine. Spacious, I would rate this with five stars. However I leave the following comments for travelers. This property is not in the old town. I was dropped off at tourist information, it was a 0.8 mile walk to this facility, thankfully it was all downhill, but cobblestones. This property is not on main street, even though the address so just said it is, however it is one short block behind the main street, look for the clarification address. The great news is that from the property, go back to the main street, turn left, there is a full-service grocery store about one street down. If you're expecting proximity to the old town, or even in the old town, this is not for you. Also, there were no windows in my suite, only two skylights. You just need to understand what you're signing up for, as these disclosures were not in the description. Also, all the security that they give you in the email before your arrival, is negated when the back door is propped open. The video on how to enter the premises, is very helpful, suggest you view this before arriving.

I am very happy that you liked our apartment! Yes, Tallinn Old Town is small , doesn’t reach out until the harbor area and actual city center. However it’s 5-6 min walking distance from center and the apartment:). Doors on the ground floor are open on working days from 9AM-9PM as we have travel agency and hairdressers, beauty saloons in the house. Hope to see you next time you are in Tallinn. Everything was fine. Good location! The only disadvantage I would like to point that the coffee beans, which were not of the best quality, but for the extra payment.

Coffee beans are Lavazza Crema e Aroma 20€/kg and they are best quality. That is the actual reason to ask 50 cent for that coffee. Highly recommended Accomodation!!
Great stay - we were met by the host who was very helpful and gave us a guide to the city. Apartment was very clean, spacious enough for two and I would highly recommend the location. We love walking and we were at the old town within 10-15 mins and walked everywhere, but Ubers are really cheap should you use them. Highly recommended accommodation!!

Mycket trevligt boende. Fantastiskt rent och fräscht. Sängen var underbart skön och vi sov bättre i den än den vi har hemma. Mycket hjälpsamma och kommunikativ hyresvärd.

The stay was 100% perfect, never got so great service before and I have travelled a lot around the world. Apartment was exactly like the webpage stated, even the coffeemachine was a great surprice!! Excellent location near old town, but still very tranquil and peaceful surroundings. Parking hall in the next building.

Selkeät ohjeet ovien avaamisesta yms. Todella siisti asunto.Ainut miinus tuli yläkerran parvitilasta jossa paksuhko patja nukkumiseen.Yläkerrassa ei siis ole sänkyä.Erittäin pahat portaat parvelle.Asunto soveltuu parhaiten esim.perheelle . Sijainti hyvä.Kattoikkunat hieman väljät.

Spotless,tidy and very pretty apartment with good location in the center. fast respond ,info to get in and warm welcomes from the host. It was not actually apt in the picture.AND THAT CAN MATTERS!!!! Minus for giving me smaller apt with double bed which made it not spacious.

Hello Tuovi, Thank you for your reply and high score ! However, it is disturbing to hear that you think that you stayed in wrong apartment. It was 100% correct apartment as we never mix them and it was the only available apartment on that day. You should always see pictures for the apartment under your reservation, not from the hotel main paige as there they are all together . If you have any doubt it is much better for everyone to solve this kind of misunderstandings on the place buy contacting the host, than giving faulty negative comment afterwards. Guests well being is most important for us and you are most welcome.

Excellent apartment close to old town!
All necessary communication were done perfectly. Arrival and departure was no problem at all. The apartment was perfectly prepared, even the windows were slightly opened to have a clean and fresh air when arriving. The bath was very clean and spacy. The living and kitchen were in a perfect shape (as illustrated). Even an automatic coffee dispending machine gives you a home feeling. The bedroom was ok with indirect window feeling. The apartment was in a 5 min walking distance to the old town and harbor area, absolutly brilliant!!!

Missään ei ollut mitään valitettavaa,. Talon löysi helposti,asunto oli ihanan turvallisen oloinen monen eri oven ja lukon takia, erittäin siisti asunto ja ääniä ei kuullut ollenkaan. Erittäin hyvä varustelu keittiössä. Sijainti loistava. Sängyt todella mukava nukkua. Tulemme ehdottomasti käyttämään tätä majoitusta seuraavillakin kerroilla!

Oli vaikea löyttää, missä asunto on, koska sisäänkäynnillä ei ole merkkejä, eikä asunnon nimeä. Asunto on puhdas, mutta tunkkainen. Ikkunat ovat melkein auki ja sateen piti sulkea ikkuna, mutta se on lähes mahdotonta. Ikkunat on sijoitettu kattoon, ja niiden sulkemiseksi on riskeerattava henkensä( yksi ikkuna sulkeutuu portaiden korkeudella). Fanien kanssa pitää olla koko ajan.En voi suositella tätä hotellia muille.

Suosittelen!!
Erittäin siisti ja upeasti remontoitu huoneisto! Kirjautuminen asuntoon todella helppoa yksityiskohtaisten ohjeiden avulla. Runsas varustelu keittiössä. Vaikka asunto on neliöiltään pieni, se on kuitenkin erittäin siisti ja kauniisti sisustettu. Asuntoon oli helppo tulla kävellen, D - terminaalista vain lyhyt kävelymatka. Lähin ruokakauppa kauppakeskus Nauticassa, johon käveli korkeintaan viisi minuuttia. Tallinnan keskustan palvelut ihan lähellä, eikä pitkä matka ollut muihinkaan kauppakeskuksiin. Jos liikut autolla, auton saa talon viereen parkkiin. Kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin mukava yöpymiskokemus, mielellään tullaan uudestaan. Mukavan oloiset omistajat, kiitos Margit ja Kristo!

Ihana asunto.
Ihana asunto loistavalla ja rauhallisella sijainnilla. Kaikki uutta, siistiä ja puhdasta. Varustetaso erinomainen neljälle yöpyjälle. Näin kesällä asunnossa oli tosi lämmin koska ei ollut ilmastointia, ainoastaan tuulettimet. 200-300 m Virukeskukselle matkaa. Saatiin kysymällä matkatavarat säilytykseen josta ne oli siirretty meidän asuntoon sen vapauduttua meille siivouksen jälkeen. Helposti ymmärrettävät ohjeet tuli viestillä ja vielä video selvennykseksi mukana.

Olisimme voineet mieluusti viettää pidemmän aikaa kyseisessä majoituksessa. Käytettävissä ruoan valmistukseen liesi, uuni ym. ja reilun kokoinen jääkaappi ja pakastin. Kylpyhuone oli reilun kokoinen. Tilat olivat siistit ja hyväkuntoiset.
