Staff was not welcoming at all. She act as if I was bothering her when I walked in . She was on her personal phone when I first arrived and continued her conversation while checking me in not once did she even put the phone down.

I should have read the reviews because this place was terrible. The only good thing I can say is the woman at the front desk was very nice. My room smelled like BO and weed. The entire property just smelled like smoke. I found multiple roaches in my room. The sheets smelled funky and just didn’t seem clean. The overall cleanliness of the property was severely lacking. I did not feel safe walking around the property. It was cheap but absolutely not worth it. Stay anywhere else. I thankfully had an early flight so I was only on site for 8 hours but it was an awful 8 hours. I felt itchy and gross when I left. I will never return to this location.

The worker acted like having to check us in after hours was ruining his night. The whole hotel smelted line plumbing and weed when you walked in. There was old food in the elevators. Our room had a musky smell, the bed was wet, the mattress cover was stained and we saw two bedbugs. We immediately checked back out.

Stayed for one night. Place seems really sketchy. Checked in around 1am and the on call front desk guy walked us to our room. He was very nice but the place over all was very uncomfortable especially for 3 girls traveling alone.

Extended Stay America had so many small roaches covering every wall including by the refrigerator, bathroom, beds and outside hallways. I was devastated. I stayed at another hotel and the money was worth it.

This property appears to be being used as transitional housing and not an actual hotel. When we go there, there was the strong smell of marijuana in the lobby and a number of people hanging out in the parking lot. There were used flossers in the elevator and hair on the toilet. Someone had been smoking in the room the gave us prior to check in. I did not feel safe and my son and I used the room long enough to book a different hotel and then left. Definitely DO NOT go here.

Worst 15 minute stay!!
This was hands down the worst place i have ever stayed!!! I had to wait ten minutes before anyone came to check me because the fire alarm had to be reset it had just went off. The lady came to the window finally covered in sweat because she was cleaning rooms and checking people in. I finished signing in to be informed we were on the 4th floor no elevators ok fine, I can climb some stairs. I asked where the ice machine was located shw said there was not one and I could go across the street to the gas station and get ice, really!! We entered the stair well to go to the 4th floor it reeked of Marijuana opened the door to the hallway to our room figured out that this was the floor that set the fire alarm of hall smelled of burnt hamburger. Entered our room smelled mold on the windows no remote for the tv, then the fire alarm went off again. We went back downstairs out the back door transients were hanging around outside which made me even more uneasy. I went back upstairs grabbed my bags and left which by the way no one was at the desk anymore sign said they would be back in the morning this was 10pm.

Super clean, smells clean, room is huge like an apartment. Online pics and reviews don’t do it Justice. All electronic checkin no papers to sign with a pen and I love that. Front desk rep hates her job and is rude and short with you at chrckin but who cares in a super clean place with an efficient chrckin process? I slept like a baby in room 202 it’s at the end of the hall by the stairs that no one takes. Tv swivels to watch in bed or on couch. Ask for dishes and a hair dryer, it’s not automatically in room.

Pros: Staff was prompt to fix problems, good location lots of restaurants and shopping, rooms safe and relatively clean. Cons: Elevator needs to be cleaned, elevator license expired 2021. 2 cockroaches in my room, room floors were dirty, Direct TV menu not working right

Unclean room
Room was unclean, no towels in room, no remote for tv when I checked in. When I went to get towels one of towels had a large stain. There were droppings in my room also not sure what they were from.

Hers of elephants stayed above me, ok, they may have just been some little ones, but my word, loud is an understatement... Doing laundry is a waiting game, if the machines even work, and management refused to assist with challenges... Stay on top floor, got to be quieter... I'm not going back unless it's a last resort...
