The property is so well maintained from the outback garden to the angelic inside that I felt like royalty while I stayed. The property was NOT well-lit at night and it was very dark without street lights. I had a hard time finding the path to get to my room in the pitch black dark. 2\. The owner works another job so she wasn't available some of the time. I had to wait for her to finish a work conference call before I could check in. 3\. The breakfast was extremely limited. A small disk of yogurt and a small disk of fruit \[a few strawberries and a couple raspberries were served.\] For $200.00 a night, i expected a full breakfast. 4\. Like one of the other reviews, that I didn't see right away, otherwise, I wouldn't have booked here, The room smelled very very musty; and it seemed like an attempt was made to cover the smell with incense sticks in a fragrant oil. I found the smell very over-bearing and stayed out of the room as much as possible. I was only in the room from midnight until 7 AM. The main building also smelled musty too. 5\. I would not refer anyone to this B&B. 6\. It was such a relaxing few days. Loved staying in the quaint town. So very relaxed. Only thing that needs to change is on the booking listed it shows full breakfast. Only continental served. When we arrived we were told only then it was continental. Needs a stand up shower. There wss a tub with a shower wand. We did have a wonderful time despite these things.
