Clean, spacious, and functional! This updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom townhouse is located conveniently to universities, parks, and local shopping. The massive 1500ft² back yard is perfect for your furry friends, and is fully enclosed with a 6-foot tall chain link fence.  
  
Exceptionally comfy queen bed in the bedroom and a bright living room with ample sitting space. Ideal for short thru medium stays!  
The space  
Modern IKEA kitchen w/ black+stainless appliances. Hands-free kitchen faucet. The bathroom is equally luxurious.  
  
Watch the 65" wall-mounted TV from the mid-century chairs in the living room, or read a book in the reading nook.  
  
This home's floors are a mix of polished & sealed concrete and luxury vinyl plank. Rugs are placed throughout.  
  
The living room was carefully decorated to welcome you in. A 65-inch 4K Roku TV with premium streaming channels is mounted to the wall.  
  
The bedroom features our "Thousand-Dollar Bed" – a luxury queen bed with 14" memory foam mattress, half a dozen pillows, and the softest sheets and bedding. The bedroom includes dimmable lighting, a ceiling fan, decent closet space, and a couple mirrors. Access to the back yard is through the bedroom.  
  
The updated kitchen features a tile backsplash with basic supplies, a microwave, and a hands-free kitchen faucet with double sink. There is ample storage space within the kitchen cabinetry.  
  
The kitchen features a pass-through bar and offers countertop bar seating for four with dimmable lighting. There's a chalkboard wall for artists young and old.  
  
The bathroom features a mirror, ample lighting, pedestal sink, and full-sized tub with curved shower curtain rod and incredible shower head. The comfort height elongated toilet is antibacterial with a slow close seat.  
  
Self-service laundry service is available on-site via washer & dryer. A small ironing board and clothes iron are provided for guest use.  
  
There are multiple exterior surveillance cameras to protect the owners' interests.

The entire home and back yard....EXCEPT....not the attic and not the owner's cabinets.  
Other things to note  
Only two parking spaces. No mailbox access. This is a townhouse, and while we love pets, we request that you and your pets observe quiet hours from sundown to sunrise.
