Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom had feces under shower chair. Maybe from a dog? Water went off in the middle of my shower. Had conditioner in my hair. They upcharge you $25 for cleaning -- the barhroom should be spotless. Almost nowhere to eat. Definitely a one-horse town.

This facility rates 7.2 on Expedia. That’s only 2.8 points below the Ritz Carlton. Is the rating scale reversed on this property? Upon checking ininquired about the advertised pool being open and whether heated. The desk questioned whether the pool would ever again be opened, no it was not heated. I asked where the included breakfast was served and was. they had been asking to have that advertised feature to removed for 3 years. She did say if I came by in the morning might give me a granola bar. The room was nonsmoking . Had the second hand body odor from the previous guest who chain smoked in front of the room and left cig butts all over the lot in front of room. The ambiance was enhanced by the barking dog next door and the other side guest who reversed parked their truck to barbecue on the tailgate 3 feet from the room door. I asked my wife twice if she wanted to leave even though I had a non refundable prepaid res. She said no as the linens were clean, the room presentable and the tv worked. The cooling unit was the through the wall type. When the unit came on I would compare it the the noise pattern of LaGuiardia airport. The fan was so powerful it lifted up the curtains so the whole town could see in the window. Hey everybody, come on in and let’s have a party. The guy next to me decided to have a domestic dispute with significant other at 1:30 am using the foulest language imaginable. Would have left then but safer inside than out. Wyndham property. Expect better

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Pool was closed because we can't get in the part needed to fix it yet, kind of out of our control. If you would have let front office know about the noise, we would have taken care of it. we will check the ac unit thanks for letting us know. and we do have granola bars that's all we are required to carry. First time using a Days Inn. Gina in the front office was very welcoming and a very charming personality. It was very nice to be welcomed after a long day. Also the rooms did not have carpet which was wonderful. Will definitely do Days Inn moving forward.

Smoke detector had been removed. Bathroom smelled of smoke. Noisy and grounds right outside of rooms (in parking spaces) were full of cigarette butts. Drink machine was right in front of my room.

I was there one night on the way to my destination and one night on the way home. I would not stay there again. They discontinued the breakfast, offered only juice and coffee. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee. Said they couldn't get any coffee... backordered. No plastic glasses for a drink, just 2 coffee cups, no plastic liner in the ice bucket. Sitting in the room, you could sit on the beds or a broken office secretary chair (1st night). 2nd night, a broken secretary chair and a small lounge chair located on the far side of the room from the floor lamp. Doors and walls scuffed... just and old, dingy place.

The rooms were clean however there was huge bags of trash laying around outside our dual double room non of which was ours. In the advertisement it shows Denny's sign and breakfast with stay. Only coffee orange juice the prior Denny's and now something else is vacated and shut down. The innkeepers were very polite and I am not blaming them at all I blame the media advertising site as false. Understand a hurricane hit the area and construction was still underway which had caused major damage they should not have reopened under the photos and guise that building was complete and restaurant open. Mr. La Forge so we will be staying in Plant City from now on until Madison gets up to speed again not innkeepers its the ownership false advertisement. Mr. La Forge

Ripped off - not as advertised
Stopped here for an overnight as part of a long drive. Chose this hotel over the other one in the vicinity because it advertised a restaurant and free breakfast. Prepaid for the room and then at check in was told that they did not do breakfast but there was a Waffle House close by. Seriously! Restaurant does not exist. There is nowhere in the immediate vicinity to eat unless you want junk food. Despite this the room was clean and comfortable. Absolutely ripped off (and starving).

Friendly Staff
Room was basic but clean. Bed was comfortable. Office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had everything you really need for a night's stay. Had small frig and microwave. I would stay there again.

The best word that comes to mind is "adequate". Adequately comfortable room in an adequately maintained facility. Visible repairs in the room were slapdash, but functional.

no fresh towels the next day or housekeeping, live bugs in the room and other peoples dirty towels were left that I dont think were the hotels as they were brown. I had to wear socks in the shower because of the dirt in the tub. The drink machine is broken & when I went to the front desk to complain (which was not my first time) I was told they dont own it, sorry dont put any more money in it and its not their job to refund me. How about putting up a sign out of order?! I have read where you played back the cameras to respond to other guests reviews and due to what u said I thought give it a chance. I went to the office at least 4-5 times and I was met at the door which I thought was weird but maybe that is why..staff knows and heads u off so you dont see. Do some periodic inspections of your staff/housekeeping people get complacent in their jobs and that helps keep them on task. Bugs - yes they are a fact of Florida but periodic spraying takes care of that. I called ahead even and explained we were working in the area and would be there consistently for a few months if it was a good stay and it made no difference and we wont be staying there. Its a shame that businesses these days just do the barest minimum to get by when things could be so much better. But then you are so close to the interstate and know you are going to get business regardless so I guess you figure why bother.

Stay was nice. Room was specious and clean. We had a handicap accessible bathroom. Don't expect a breakfast, they only offered coffee or juice, not as advertised with breakfast included.

Surprisingly quiet. AC fan on low was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Water is very hard but taste is okay. Water pressure was great. Morning orange juice was terrible.

Really comfortable!
I went to Maddison to visit my family so I stayed a few night at this hotel/motel. I quite liked it. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of our stuff. There seemed to be some leftover soap spatters higher up on the shower wall that were missed in cleaning and there was a small dead spider on the wall near the sink mirror. There was no water machine and the coke vending machine was out of water too so we had to drive to the gas station by the interstate to get some water. Those are the only negatives I can think about. Any and every question I had was answered kindly and I was even able to ask for an hour later checkout. The room was great and if I need to stay in Maddison again I definitely would a room here again.

Well it said they served breakfast and didn’t . And I had five gallons of gas and Han can stolen out of the back of my truck while I was asleep. So if it’s in the back of your truck make sure it’s locked down . I would never stay there again . And the guy at the front desk wanted to argue instead of listening.

A Joke .... No Breakfast Green Pool
Only one small roach in the bathroom on our 3 night stay. Spring break so you'd think they would at least clean the pool it was gross. Then it said came with free breakfast. We expected continental but No didn't even have creamer for coffee. I'll stay in campground before booking there again.

A hotel can be inexpensive without being cheap. I stayed 3 days. No dresser. No closet. I was going to book an additional day and chose not to. The bed was awesome. V comfy. Staff attentive. Wanted to swim at night the reason I chose this hotel. Green does not say Not Open or seasonal on the site. No breakfast only coffee. Ask about it when I arrive COVID excuse and have not updated their website I was amazed of the disregard
