This 3-bed, 2-bath dog-friendly house is a Bo-ho lover's dream. Step into a world of relaxation as you immerse yourself in the carefully curated Bohemian Decor. Unwind in the cozy living room or whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and tranquil. Outside, the private and spacious fenced-in yard is perfect for your fur babies to roam freely. Come experience the harmony and beauty of this perfect Bo-ho getaway. Rorry's team is always available to address any concerns you may have. We like to give our guests space so will only check-in periodically to ensure your accommodations are on point! There is a security camera on the ,house facing the driveway. The camera operates 24/7\. Tampering with security camera may result in immediate termination of reservation We do require guests to sign our rental agreement. The rental agreement comes available after booking is complete. We allow cancellation with a full refund (-4% processing fee for VRBO guests) within 2 hours of booking if guest doesn't agree to terms outlined in rental agreement. Once the 2 hour review window has closed, the cancellation policy is in effect. Super nice quiet, walkable, residential neighborhood in the highly desirable NE side of town. Multiple dining and shopping options nearby. There is a Wi-Fi smart lock on the front door, which will open at the time of your reservation with a code. The code will be included with check-in instructions to your email and sms prior to arrival This property is sure to please a variety of guests. The beds are all new and very comfortable, with multiple pillow and blanket options. The Decor and atmosphere of the property is designed to set your mind at ease. For those requiring a quiet work space, there is a dedicated office set away from the rest of the home. Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. Garage will accommodate 1 vehicle comfortably. Guest is provided a remote to open and close the garage door throughout the stay. Nothing beats driving into the garage on a rainy summer day. We are a dog friendly home for well behaved house trained dogs under 35 pounds. There is a dog fee of $65 per dog per reservation. We are FIRM with the cancellation policy. PLEASE obtain third party travel insurance and we will be happy to assist you with a claim. We cannot refund for cancellations that are outside of the refund period for any reason. We use luxury down bedding in all our properties for superior comfort. We do not offer alternative bedding for those that may be allergic. We employ Wynd sentry detectors which will alert us if any kind of smoking is detected. Guest understands that reservation will be immediately terminated without refund if we are alerted by the detectors. There is an additional $500 fee for smoke remediation if smoking occurs or manages to permeate the inside the property. Inconsiderate guests that ruin the space for others with their smoking have necessitated we take these measures. We recommend that careless smokers find a more accommodating space to book. The whole experience was easy, clean, and incredibly convenient — it truly exceeded my expectations.One thing that really stood out (and might seem small, but was such a big deal for us) was the attention to detail: having TVs in every bedroom was a nice touch, but especially having small garbage cans in each room. We stay in several rentals throughout the year, and our #1 complaint is always having to scramble for shopping bags to use for trash in the bedrooms.
