Please be respectful of our home and the neighborhood. The fee is $25/day (plus tax) per pet. Pet fee must be paid prior to arrival and is not included in the nightly rate. \-TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance in the event you need to cancel outside of the cancellation window as a refund will not be issued. \-Bugs & Pest Control: Our property receives regular professional pest control. However, as is typical in Florida, occasional bug sightings may occur, especially if doors or windows are left open—particularly at night when lights attract insects. This is a normal part of the local environment and does not indicate an infestation. Such occurrences are not grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation. \- While issues are uncommon, we are committed to addressing any concerns that may arise during your stay. Guests agree to notify us promptly and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.
