Customer service was awful, there was no toilet paper, no towels, and no hair dryer in the room and when I asked about it I got an attitude from the man at the desk. Jarian is awesome though but everyone else needs to go stay at another hotel to see how you treat people. The second floor smelled like pot and we had 6 rooms full of kids so that was also inconvenient.

We used this property as a one night stay-over on a trip to Orlando. For the price we were just hoping for a decently clean place to grab a few hours of sleep. It's a well kept property and the staff was polite and professional. The room was very clean. Great value. P.S. - try the chicken shack next door, it's amazing.

Room was acceptable, but the property is not in the best of areas. The staff were unwelcoming and disinterested. Breakfast was terrible.

Overall property is good. Front desk attendant was very good. Room was fair. Surrounding area lacks a bit being that motel is behind a very busy and sketchy liquor store.

The staff made a big deal about the no smoking rules of the facility however when I entered my room it smelled like cigarettes. The shower smelled of mildew and the AC unit was so loud I had to turn it off to get some sleep. The bathroom door was also broken and did not lock. The breakfast was very limited and when I went to make a waffle the batter dripped out at an incredibly slow rate. When I asked the front desk if they could refill the waffle batter dispenser I was told “there’s some in there” and sent back to struggle with the slow dripping dispenser.

The clientele was diverse but included a woman soliciting and many large men who although were perfectly fine, were intimidating to a woman traveling alone. The room was gray with gray floors and horrible lighting so honestly felt like a prison. In a positive note the gentlemen at the front desk were professional and friendly and the breakfast was great. Just not a great location or atmosphere for women but for the money if you’re not alone it’s not bad

Room was clean and comfortable. There was no hot water in the shower. The front desk associate said to run it for 10 minutes to get the water hot. All that did was waste water. This should be repaired.

Rooms looked nice in pictures but in person they definitly got the “landlord special” when they last renovated. Painted over damaged walls, paneling in shower falling off, air conditioner wasn’t working, Staff was friendly and tried their best to help.

Loved the nice lobby and friendly staff - anxious to be helpful and welcoming. Clean and nicely appointed lobby area, with a beautifully lit Christmas tree next to the reception desk when we checked in. A nice sight to see after hrs of driving! The free breakfast offered the 2 mornings we stayed there was adequate for what we expected. The waffle maker was not working one morn., but not a big deal. We found enough other foods to have, and the 3 types of juice, and coffee, for those who want it, were adequate for our tastes. The number of tables/chairs in the breakfast room was also enough for the small number of people who were there each time we were there. Our room and bathroom were very clean and had modern furniture, decor, and amenities (small fridge, microwave, the makings for coffee, if you wanted it - we didn't). The only negative things we have to comment on are: the TV remote was very sticky (gross!) and the only things we had with us to clean it were some wet wipe packets, but they didn't help, so we used a tissue to touch the buttons - shouldn't have had to do that; small, lumpy pillows on the beds - typical hotel pillows (we always hate those!); very unattractive view out of our window at the back of the bldg, looking at some woods, a lot of trash and an old rusty shipping container, amongst other ugly things! Also, I plugged my phone into a plug next to my bedside to charge overnight, and didn't find out til the next day, it didn't charge at all - dead plug!!

A nice value oriented place to stay for the night
Overall, I was happy with the overnight stay. The room was clean, breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, and the price was very fair. I will come back again. The pillows were hard though, I'll bring my own pillow.
