### Home Away from Home!

The apartment is in the middle floor of a 3-storey building, set in a quiet residential area, about 12 minutes from Bacolod-Silay airport by car. It has a master bedroom with on-suite, a small bedroom with bunk bed, a main bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and balcony.  
  
It's not on the route of public transport but it's very accessible for taxis. And there's no traffic jam to worry about. From here you can get a Grab to the NGC, Ayala shopping center, SM & Robinsons for about 250 pesos.  
  
The apartment is not in the city centre. But it's not too far to get to interesting places, making it a good staging post for exploring Bacolod, Talisay and Silay.   
  
There are no restaurants within walking distance but it has a fully equipped kitchen. If you are too tired to cook or shop for food, we offer a limited menu. There is also a mini bar, where you can buy drinks and snacks.  
  
The balcony in the apartment has a good breeze through out the day. It has a generator, in case of power cut so you're comfort is assured.

We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. There's a sign by the kitchen by the stove saying clean after use but the stove was dirty to start with. Also, ants everywhere. Bug killer would be great , just a recommendation.
