"コテージに泊まりましたが古いだけでなくすえたようなカビ臭いような匂いが最悪でした。 押入れの布団も臭くて古いし不潔。 掲載されている写真では、トイレ洗面などの水回りやユニットバスもリニューアルされているかのように見えますが、20年前位のかなり古いものでした。いくら夏休み期間とはいえ2泊朝食のみで16万（犬の宿泊は別）に見合うと思えません。ホスピタリティもゼロ。"

Personally I liked Peppermint’s breakfast better than buffet breakfast, because we ate everything that’s served. No waste, so eco-friendly. Another thing we liked was a nearby museum. "Beautiful hotel lobby and very friendly staff. Location can be a challenge to get to if the roads are snowy. 4WD / snow tire or chains a must in winter. "

"建物はかなり古いが部屋は広く快適ではあった。夕食は外に食べに行ったので分からないが、朝ごはんは最上階で眺めの良いところでのビュッフェを楽しむことができた。庭と蓼科湖の散策は便利で楽しかった。 納得できなかったのは、夏のプールをが楽しみにしていたのに、チェックインの時間とプール使用可能時間と、チェックアウト時間とプール使用時間及びお風呂使用可能時間が合わず、結局プールは断念しました。水着持って行ったのにがっかりです。"
