Out room was on road side and was just a bit noisy in the evening as there is a bus stop right down on the street (people making noise while waiting for the bus). I got bite by the bugs everywhere and everytime when I lay on bed, so I ask the counter to give me some new bed sheet, the new one is better, but If u want to have a nice trip, I won't recommend this place. If your feet start wearing out, it's a short 3 block walk to the bus station where you can catch the circle route city bus that stops at/near all the local attractions, and one that goes to the Hida village museum. The family that runs the hotel is very friendly, and they keep the establishment very clean and tidy.
