The room is spacious and clean. The onsen was relaxing. The dinning area was clean quite and with a nice view! A bit outdated, but still very well maintained. Great location. When we reserved we did not realized that the bathroom is outside the room, but it was not a big problem, it was not crowded. Also hotel has a small onsen inside where you could relax. It's not disability friendly as there is a steep slope to access the entrance. While the room was spacious and we had what we needed for a good night’s sleep, I was surprised by how dirty the carpet was and the it wasn’t cleaned once during our three night stay. The ladies toilet on the second floor didn’t work ( bidet settings) and it felt more like a hostel than a hotel but minus the fun vibe. The shuttle was “unavailable “ but I think it is non-existent.
