Hotel room was nice and clean, cool shower, okay view. The one aspect that really dropped the rating was the fact that the Air conditioning didn't work and just heated the room. I notified the staff and when maintenance came they simply turned off the a/c and opened the window. Now if it wasn't china then I'd be fine, but the fact that the air quality was marked as hazardous I found that unacceptable. They then transferred us to another room where the a/c didn't work again. this is in February when the temperature isn't that hot.
