This 130-year old premise is maintained with excellent condition. Rooms are very clean and tidy. It is just 1-min walk away from an excellent sunset viewing spot, which is a definitely must-see in XiaoLiuQiu. What impresses me the most was how hospitable the staff was, they are extremely helpful and caring, making my stay feel like at home.

也許是因為我不了解民宿的住宿規定，所以我們入住之前和到達的時候並沒有收到任何通知和提醒也不知道如何入住， 必需打電話給業主才了解到該如何運作，尤其是我們火車到達的比較晚更不知道如果是好，可是早餐服務人員非常和藹可親彌補了一些缺陷

The hotel is situated near the train station. The location is excellent,CLEAN and the staff is helpful. Moreover, the facilities of the house is very attractive. We have cooked for 2 nights and every member of us satisfied the service provided.

Nice cute place consisted of two condos

The hostess is really nice and the property is cute. It is very convenient to get to the train station but unfortunately the train station is far from the city so have to either take a taxi or rent a motorcycle.

The room is spacious and good for 4 people in the quadruple room. Room is clean and cozy! Nothing to complain about! The host is nice. Breakfast can be busy but people do not mind helping out! So what makes the place very cozy. Better have a car to drive here. It takes 15-min drive to the centre of Taitung. 5 mins walking to the nearest 711 or family mart and some more restaurants nearby. In general, we had a good stay!

房間有蟲和蟑螂，不推薦。

入住時沒有人接應，還要打電話給民宿的人，經指引後才得知密碼拿鑰匙進房，從頭到尾都沒看到過老闆，颱風天很多資訊都要自己查，還和我確認錢已經刷卡全付了吧！真的感受很不好。房間不大，而且浴室排水管有臭水溝的味道，非常臭，看電視的時候突然有大隻的蟑螂飛來飛去，地上和桌上偶爾有蟲，也不知這些蟲哪來的。天啊～出門玩很多次住那麼多民宿第一次遇到有蟑螂在房間內的，而且房間隔音不好，ㄧ樓說話我住三樓都聽的到。早餐也不優，奶茶和吐司甜到糖都不用錢，民宿離市區開車也要十幾分鐘，總體來說是個沒生氣的民宿，不推薦。
